SUPPORT WEB PORTAL (BETA)
Phuket Network Services has recently implemented a new customer support web portal to allow our customer secure access to FAQs
and an ever expanding knowledge base about our services. Customer will also be able to log new support cases as well as
check the status of active or past support cases.
The knowledge base piece of the Support Portal has initially been release with the moniker "beta" becasue we have
only populated it with some of the most common support issues we've seen for our
Message Security Services. As we continue to support our clients our Knowledge bases will updated and improved with
the most current data on our services.
